Who is Victor?

Richard "Victor" Baty was given his middle name in honor of our grandfather, who just so happened to be one of the most major influences in Richards life . As a youngster growing up in Chicago, Richard was always our grandfathers go-to grandson whenever it came to needing help putting together some of the massive family meals we would have. This restaurant along with "Victor's" work ethic, are a dedication to one of the finest men we have ever had the pleasure of being around, our grandfather Victor. We miss him very much.

Where do you get this incredible crust?

Like lots of our other ingredients, it is a "Victors" secret recipe and we make it by hand every single morning. The crust is such a key to any Chicago pizza, we keep this recipe under lock and key, and only a small handful of family members can make it.

What is the difference between the deep dish and the thin crust?

The thin has a nice crisp bottom with a light soft body. The deep dish is built more like a pie, stuffed with fresh and homemade ingredients then topped with our homemade pizza sauce. It's an upside down delight.
